First of all, I like to introduce myself and my business back ground to you.
I, Paul Rha have been working in this apparel and textile business for 25 years in Seoul, Korea after university graduation
as a sales/merchandising forces as follows.
A. In apparel manufacturing/trading company for 10 years(Shu Kwang Corp.) as a sales manager.
B.And then, AS A Merchandiser in Buying offices for the balance 15 years.
- Junior gallery ,Levi Strauss,the current customer " DRI" and other U.S.A customers.
We are supplying the style development/market service to our customers.
: Wal Mart, American Identity and Dun Brooke Including Good year, Snap on...
The main Items for these current customers are to develop the outer wear(Mainly Jacket, Pants,Knit ,woven shirts and fabrics).
As you Know, The Market situation for our apparel/textile sides became to be competitive recently.
Even the working conditions in korea is tight, My tasks have annually been grown for my customers during past 10 years,
We, However, meet some difficulty to expand our volume from 2005. As you may know, The most of customers already moved Buying Basis
to other country from korea.
At the moment,I persoally think we need to be more prepared to be comparable and vital system to catch up with this competitive market concept.
That's why I have set my own business line up IN CHINA as a buying agent from this year 2006 with my personal strategy as follows.
